Use of Site and/or Service

Our website and services are operated by American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The purpose of our site is to empower individuals with financial literacy. Upon consent, ACCC may obtain your credit reports to better assess your financial situation and to provide you with the most efficient and effective service. This will not appear as a hard inquiry for credit. Your credit report will be kept confidential and will only be used for legitimate business purposes under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Text Messaging

We may send you text reminders related to our services. Standard data fees and message rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. To opt out of text messages, reply with “STOP” to one of our messages, or contact us.

Privacy Policy and Release of Information

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared without your consent, except in cases of legal violations. Please see our full Privacy Policy for more details.

User Conduct

We are required to submit certain client information for bankruptcy services as mandated by law. This includes your name, case number, and service details.

Debt Management Program Clients

Debt Management Program (DMP) clients have free access to the ‘My DMP’ feature in the CreditU app as part of their enrollment in the Debt Management Program.  No CreditU Premium Subscription is necessary for this access.

Disclaimer of Warranty

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties for security, reliability, accuracy, and performance.

We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these external sites.

Indemnity
