As a nonprofit credit counseling agency, ACCC is always interested in learning about consumers’ financial habits. Each month we post a poll asking questions about a particular financial topic. For the month of February, we wanted to find out how many of our readers were celebrating Valentine’s Day, and how much they would spend. Between flowers, candy, romantic dinners and other classy gifts, the cost can really add up to a lot. 55% of respondents said they would celebrate with their loved one. 88% will be budget-conscious about their V-Day spending.
