Gretchen Bennett

Manager, Human Resources

Gretchen Bennett has been with ACCC since 2007 and serves as ACCC's Manager of Human Resources. Ms. Bennett is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including: recruiting, employee relations, benefits, performance evaluation and management, record keeping of all personnel data, maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures, and providing confidential advice to employees and management for problem-solving in the workplace.

Prior to ACCC, Ms. Bennett worked as the Human Resource and Communication Specialist for a private consulting firm in upstate New York. There, she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Event Coordination, Evaluation Feedback, and Internal Communications.

Ms. Bennett has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication, and received her Masters Degree in Human Resource Development in 2008. Ms. Bennett also maintains a Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
