Founded in 1991 ACCC has over 16 years of counseling experience and has a staff of professionally trained and certified credit counselors who assist consumers in providing workable solutions for their financial problems. ACCC recognizes that financial difficulties are often not the result of poor spending habits, but more frequently from extenuating circumstances beyond ones control.
